Last updated May 3, 2026 from a desk at The Kreators AI Hub in Lisbon. Day 7 of the public build. The MRR chart is still flat (it's day 7, that's expected) and most of the work right now is shipping the foundations the rest of the year will compound on.
The thesis I'm pressure-testing in public: a single operator, with AI as the only team, can run a real company to $500K ARR. I think it's true. The honest math says we'll know inside 12 months.
What's on the work bench.
- 500k.io rebuild: pivoting the entire site to a new design (this page is part of that). Wave B in flight, Wave C-D queued.
- Synapse Circle: the community for AI builders, operators, and shippers. Free Skool tier live, planning the first IRL session at the Hub in Lisbon.
- The Kreators AI: co-running the $45M Meta Ads agency with Jack day-to-day. UpgradeMatch (US bathroom remodeling) is the focus this month.
- Claude Code Mastery: recording the first cohort. The curriculum is the one I wish I'd had when I started 4 years ago.
What's in my head right now.
- Anthropic's blog — anytime they post. The MCP and Claude Code threads especially.

The boring, important list.
- Site rebuild Wave B: /about, /now, /stack, /skills refonte on the new design tokens.
- Content cadence calibration: 5 articles/day target, finding the sustainable rhythm without breaking voice.

What's keeping me up.
The MCP server ecosystem is hitting critical mass. Real solo founders are shipping products at $500K-scale with AI doing 80% of the work. That thesis was speculation 18 months ago. Today it's becoming provable. Built in the open, the next 12 months are the proof.
What I'm consciously saying no to.
- Speaking engagements. Not until 500k.io has revenue. Two weeks of writing beats one keynote.
- Hiring for 500k.io. The constraint is the feature. AI as the team is the whole bet.
- Twitter daily posting. Quality threads only, on what I actually shipped that week.
- New verticals on the agency. UpgradeMatch and the existing book of business get the focus.
